ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Age requirement for admission: 

NURSERY - 4 years old

KINDER - 5 years old (as of August if 1st day of Class is in the month of June)

The following are the requirements when applying:

1. Photocopy of the report card with the second/third quarter marks indicated.

2. Birth and baptismal certificates (present original & submit photo copy) 

3. Certificate of Good Moral Character (adviser & guidance counselor) 

4. Application form to be filled out by the parent.

5. School Form 10 (Form 137)

6. ESC Certificate for JHS enrollees (Grade 8 - 10 only)

7. SHS Voucher or ESC Certificate if he/she finished Grade 10 from ESC Participating Private School for SHS enrollees

8. Two pieces 2x2 picture
